The developers announced a new event called the Leviathan’s Den Update . It is scheduled to go live on January 17, 2026, at 4:00 PM PT . You must join the game at least one hour earlier to check out the Admin Abuse. This means you must be in the game around 3:00 PM PT if you wish to join the extra fin and find rare creatures. What to Expect From the Admin Abuse Event
This is not a regular update. The developers are sharing on Discord that they are going to throw in Christmas cave time buffs , brand new quests to complete, and a special 3-hour MEGA luck event that’ll help you earn some rare catches. Here is the list of what to expect from the update:
- New Area to Explore – The Leviathan’s Den is going to be a brand new location you can check out. The developers have been teasing this for a while, so it should be pretty exciting.
- Expanded Content – There will be more fishing spots , new fish to catch, and maybe even some special NPC quests tied to the den.
The developer usually triggers unique weather events during the Admin Abuse and also spawns rare fish for players to catch. Note that some of these creatures can only be spawned by admins and cannot be caught otherwise. Since they can easily fetch you tons of money, most players try to be present during the Admin Abuse and catch these fish to make a fortune.
